About the Role
As a Teacher of Science, you will:
1. Deliver engaging and challenging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
2. Plan and implement high-quality learning experiences that meet the needs of all students.
3. Assess, monitor, and report on student progress in line with Academy policies.
4. Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment activities.
5. Uphold the Oasis ethos and values in all aspects of Academy life.
The Ideal Candidate
6. Holds QTS and a degree in a Science subject.
7. Demonstrates excellent subject knowledge and a passion for Science education.
8. Has experience teaching Science at KS3 and KS4.
9. Is committed to achieving high standards for all students.
10. Possesses strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.
11. Is reflective, resilient, and eager to grow professionally.
