EPUNFT have an exciting opportunity for a full time Band 3 Receptionist / Administration Officer for Community Mental Health Centre based at Latton Bush Harlow
We are seeking a motivated and organised adminsitrator. This is a full-time role supporting a busy clinical service, providing high-quality receptionist and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the servce including appointment management, correspondence, data entry, and general office duties
Main duties of the job
Receptionist to Community Mental Health Services.
You will be required to handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls to Patients, consultants and clinical staffs in a polite and efficient manner. Receive and deal with telephone enquiries, responding appropriately to callers including high risk, abusive, threatening, depressed, suicidal and vulnerable clients and carers. Maintain strict confidentiality at all times. Covering reception duties welcoming patient and visitors to the building. Supporting the clinical team with MDT - collating patient information and updating action logs.
Record accurate messages and follow them up appropriately in accordance to department guidelines.
