We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Marketing Team Lead to help drive our digital and local marketing strategies forward.
The Role
As Marketing Team Lead, you and the marketing team will develop and execute strong, data-driven marketing campaigns across multiple brands, platforms, and customer touchpoints. Your role will focus on:
* Leading the marketing team to create and implement strategy, ensuring deadlines are met, as well as communicating results to senior management
* Driving sales, awareness, and engagement for both our e-commerce platforms and high-street retail stores.
* Maximising return on investment (ROI) from advertising campaigns and promotions.
* Enhancing customer experience and conversion rates through innovative and strategic marketing.
* Positioning watch and jewellery brands effectively to gain market share.
* Collaborating with suppliers, brands, and industry partners to execute high-impact product launches, events and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Digital & E-Commerce Marketing
* Paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) and budget management
* Search Engine Marketing (SEO and PPC)
* Social media strategy and execution
* Blogging, vlogging, and content creation
* Implement email, SMS, and notification-based marketing
* Develop customer segmentation and re-marketing strategies
* Online marketing campaigns
Local & In-Store Marketing
* Promotions and seasonal campaigns
* Community engagement and high-street retail marketing
* Networking and collaboration with local businesses
* Event planning and execution
Cross-Platform & Brand Marketing
* Video, print, and digital advertising
* Customer relationship building and retention strategies
* Website optimization and UX improvements (in collaboration with the tech team)
* Product selection and merchandising insights
* Public relations and company brand awareness
* Representing the company at events such as award shows and trade shows
Who We're Looking For
We need a creative, analytical, and hands-on marketer who thrives in a dynamic retail environment. You should be:
* Experienced in marketing, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or luxury goods
* Able to balance strategic thinking with practical execution
* Comfortable working with autonomy while collaborating with internal teams and external partners
* Passionate about digital trends, customer engagement, and omnichannel marketing
* Data-driven, with a focus on performance tracking and ROI analysis
