About you
We are looking for ambitious and driven individuals who are passionate in providing a world class customer experience. You will be responsible facilitating the efficient operation of the Service department through the use of all available Aftersales departmental resources to maximise customer experience and profitability throughout all transactions. You will also be expected to ensure there is growth and development of the business through providing core, value added and incremental aftersales products whilst upholding full Duty of Care to our customer’s vehicles at all times.
Main Purpose of Job:
1. To ensure the efficient and profitable operation of the Parts department.
2. To plan organise and control the Parts Department resources to maximise the Parts sales, up sell and customer satisfaction.
3. To supervise and develop the other personnel in the department
4. To receive and identify stock. To check goods from suppliers.
5. To locate items in parts department correctly
6. To ensure accurate identification of customers' needs by means of, EPAC, ETKA parts catalogues and computer stock lists.
7. To conduct all transactions with customers with the utmost courtesy.
8. Implementation of discount structure as applicable.
9. To pick parts for service, sales, retail and trade customers

Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
1 on, 1 off Saturdays 8:30am-12:30pm
