About the Role
As Director of People & Culture, you'll be a key member of the Executive Leadership Team. Your role will involve developing and executing a people strategy that supports growth, fosters a values-led culture, and attracts, retains, and develops top talent. You will lead HR, Organizational Development, Talent, Learning & Development, and Employee Engagement across multiple sites in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
About You
Candidates should demonstrate:
1. At least 10 years of progressive HR leadership, including 5+ years at senior/executive level.
2. Experience delivering people strategies in large and complex organizations.
3. Knowledge of employee engagement, leadership development, and organizational culture.
4. Expertise in employment law across NI and ROI.
5. CIPD qualification.
Desirable qualifications include postgraduate studies in HR, OD, or related fields, and experience supporting high-growth or operational transformation.
