Responsibilities
1. Manufacturing of closed products: Work in a clean environment wearing appropriate PPE, overseeing the assembly of packaging components such as boxes, inserts, labels, ensuring products are packaged securely according to SOPs to prevent damage during transit.
2. Labelling: Ensure labels are printed accurately, verified through in-process testing, and correctly applied for product identification and regulatory compliance.
3. Quality Control: Implement measures to verify packaging standards, conduct inspections, and take corrective actions as needed.
4. Equipment Maintenance: Clean and sanitize laboratory equipment, calibrate instruments, and monitor calibration schedules.
5. Housekeeping and Supplies: Maintain laboratory cleanliness and manage consumable supplies.
6. Training: May be required to train others in specific operations.
7. Safety and Waste Management: Support and comply with safety protocols and hazardous waste management, ensuring safe work areas and proper use of safety equipment.
Minimum Qualifications
* Experience in a production environment is preferred but not essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to follow instructions, meet targets, and complete paperwork. Good manual dexterity and teamwork skills.
* Experience in manufacturing within a clean environment is preferred but not essential. Flexibility to adapt to changing duties and involvement in continuous improvement.
* Qualified to Bachelor degree level in relevant life sciences or equivalent experience.
