Requirements

Relevant Experience: Some previous experience in an analytical capacity where desk research has played an important role and where you have developed a strong understanding of the digital and commercial landscape, especially in a fast-paced environment.

Analytical Skills: Strong numerical and analytical skills, with proven ability to interpret and synthesise large datasets to generate actionable insights

Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Excel (including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualisation) and PowerPoint. Some experience in Data Analytics is useful but not a requirement.

Communication Excellence: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings clearly and persuasively to senior stakeholders

Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and accuracy, with a proactive mindset and the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines

Commercial Awareness: Understanding of how digital and commercial strategies can impact broader business objectives, including customer acquisition, retention and ROI

Digital Channel Knowledge: Familiarity with digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, social, email) and web analytics and tooling platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, SEMrush, Brandwatch) is desirable but not required

Benefits

* Becoming part of our associate network will give you priority access to opportunities that match your skills before they are shared externally.
* We will provide training in digital tools, best-in-class technology platforms and inhouse digital and AI tooling.
