Inbound Sales Advisor (Inbound Calls)
Full-time, Permanent | Location: Bolton (BL2 6PU) | Salary: £30,818 + commission (OTE £50,000+)
Hybrid working with 9am-6pm shifts, no evenings, 1 in 4 weekends.
Responsibilities
* Take inbound calls from customers and use a sales-through-service approach to recommend and sell extended warranty products.
* Handle inbound customer enquiries.
* Identify needs and recommend the right products.
* Close sales while delivering excellent service.
* Work to achievable sales targets.
* Ensure FCA compliance at all times.

What we’re looking for
* Sales experience (call centre or phone-based preferred).
* Target-driven.
* Strong communication skills.
* Comfortable working in a regulated environment (FCA experience is a bonus).
* DBS and financial background check passed.

Based at our Bolton Service Centre (BL2 6PU) with hybrid working options.
