Skills Required
* Strong copywriting and editing skills across different content styles.
* Proficiency in video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva).
* Basic understanding of SEO and website content management systems.
* Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actions.
* Awareness of scheduling and analytics tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Google Analytics).
* Basic understanding of brand identity and digital storytelling.
Key KPIs / Measures
* Consistent delivery of monthly content and reporting to agreed deadlines.
* Increased customer engagement rates (likes, shares, comments, video retention and followers).
* Response time to customer enquiries.
