Responsibilities and duties of the Senior Quantity Surveyor role
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will:
1. Take ownership of all commercial and contractual matters across assigned projects
2. Lead the negotiation, preparation, and agreement of variations with clients and supply chain partners
3. Measure, value, and certify works completed on site with accuracy and transparency
