What you will do:
* Lead and manage a dedicated team of social workers to ensure the highest standards in safeguarding and child protection.
* Develop and implement service plans, ensuring alignment with local and national standards.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve service delivery and outcomes for children and families.
* Provide reflective supervision and support to team members to enhance their professional development.

Requirements of the Social Work Team Manager: To thrive in this role, you must be registered with Social Work England, holding a degree or equivalent in Social Work. You need to have demonstrable experience in social work within the UK, with recent managerial experience, such as working as a Team Manager, Deputy Team Manager, or Assistant Team Manager. A robust background of significant frontline experience in Children’s Services will further enhance your effectiveness in this pivotal role.
