It is a great opportunity to join a business where you an integral part of the team offering support with the management of the property portfolio, leased land and holdings, ensuring compliance with legislation.This is a great opportunity to join a great business who will offer room to progress and develop your skillset with the role.Key Responsibilities of the Legal Administrator:Act as the main point of contact for property and estates enquiriesSupport senior management by providing detailed information on land interests, interpreting land-related documentation, and maintaining records accuratelyManage electronic and paper recording systems for estates managementConduct research on land interests, accessing historical records and Land Registry databasesLiaise with various stakeholders including clients, partners, contractors, and suppliersCoordinate property repairs and maintenance, liaising with contractors and suppliers, and managing related purchase ordersSchedule routine service calls and reactive repairsConduct annual contractor approvalsConduct site visits as requiredCollaborate with the finance team to maintain accurate financial records related to property and process invoicesExperience required of the Legal Administrator:Experience in property or estates management, including residential or commercial property administrationUnderstanding of the charity sector in relation to land (desirable)Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and third partiesProficiency in Microsoft Office packages and experience with database management.Attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks.Understanding of confidentiality and sensitivity in dealing with issues.
