Head of Engineering
Our partnership with a leading food manufacturer is growing, and we are looking for a Head of Engineering for a key site in the North‑West of England. This role leads an established engineering team, drives long‑term strategy, and ensures high performance culture.
The Role
As part of the senior leadership team, you will deliver on key areas such as reliability, efficiencies, team development, succession planning and budgetary control, Health & Safety, culture and site compliance. You will be assessed on deliverables, inspirational leadership, and project delivery aligned to strategic business objectives.

The Candidate
* Degree in Engineering or a relevant qualification
* Experience managing an engineering team in food manufacturing (essential)
* Budgetary management experience
* Knowledge of C.I. & Lean manufacturing principles
* Strategic planning skills
* Ability to work under pressure
* Full UK working rights (no sponsorship supported)
