About The Role
Location: Stirling
Contract: Part‑time & Sessional
Pay: £13.45 per hour
Shifts: Day shift, Overnight Support, Wakened nights
Responsibilities
* Support individuals with a learning disability in achieving their personal goals and outcomes.
* Assist with personal care, moving and handling, and positive behavioural support.
* Expand the individual's social networks and connections.
* Work collaboratively with the team to ensure safety, wellbeing and aspirations are met.
Qualifications
* Adapt communication style to develop successful relationships with people supported.
* Commit to working with individuals through their personal support plans to achieve goals.
* Positive, flexible outlook and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
