We are currently recruiting for a Service Desk Analyst in Leeds city centre. Pay rate is up to £130 per day via an umbrella company and duration is temporary ongoing. The role is based fully on-site (with a free gym access), supporting c. 500 end users providing 1st Line Support. About the role: You will be the first point of contact to the company's user base Providing 1st Line Support Working closely with 2nd Line Support Managing the life cycle of support requests through to resolution Participate in IT projects About you: You will be a good match if you enjoy providing an excellent customer service and working as a part of wider team From a technical perspective you will have experience in day-to-day admin of Active Directory and MS Exchange Proficient in supporting Windows 10 and Office 365 If this sound like something you would like to explore then please apply ASAP or email directly
