Job Title: Part-Time Mortgage Administrator
Location: Walsall (Hybrid Working Available)
Hours: 20-24 hours per week (flexible across 3-4 days)
About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Mortgage Administrator to join our growing team. This is a part-time, hybrid role based in Walsall, offering flexibility to work both from home and in the office.
You will play a key role in supporting mortgage advisers with the smooth processing of applications, ensuring excellent service for clients throughout the mortgage journey.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing and processing mortgage applications from submission through to completion
* Liaising with lenders, solicitors, and clients to obtain updates and required documentation
* Ensuring all client records are accurate and compliant with regulatory standards
* Preparing documentation and maintaining case files
* Monitoring application progress and proactively resolving any issues
* Providing administrative support to mortgage advisers
Requirements
* Previous experience in a mortgage or financial services administration role preferred
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
* Good understanding of the mortgage process (desirable but not essential)
* Confident communicator with strong customer service skills
* Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
