Required from 1 September 2025
Grade 3 (point 11 - 13), term time only (Salary apportioned pro rata) 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
We are looking for someone to work with individual children. They must have:
- a desire to make a difference to the education of young children
- a desire to support teachers in implementing the National Curriculum
- an ability to work as part of a team
- an ability to support the needs of individual children
- relevant training to support.

What You Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to:
1. Aid the pupils to learn as effectively as possible both in group situations and on their own
2. Promote the acceptance and inclusion of pupils with SEND, encouraging pupils to interact with each other in an appropriate and acceptable manner.
3. Monitor pupil responses to the learning activities and, where appropriate, modify or adapt the activities as agreed with the teacher to achieve the intended learning outcomes.
4. Give positive encouragement, feedback and praise to reinforce and sustain pupil efforts and develop self-reliance and self-esteem.
