Salary: £24,330 plus company van (driving licence essential)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week with flexible working hours between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

We manage a substantial property portfolio and are invested in improving quality standards to ensure those in our care are comfortable and have access to the services they need.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Cleaner, you will play an important role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation across properties in Kendal and the surrounding areas. You’ll ensure that accommodation provided to asylum seekers is safe, hygienic, and welcoming, supporting individuals and families as they begin to rebuild their lives.
Your work will involve cleaning dispersed homes and communal areas, travelling between sites in the company vehicle, and taking pride in ensuring every property meets the required standards.
What We’re Looking For
* Valid UK driving licence
* Good communication and basic IT skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Previous experience in cleaning domestic or similar environments (essential)
* Experience of cleaning larger or shared households (advantage)
