We are looking for a passionate, dedicated, and creative SEN Primary Teacher to join our close-knit and supportive team. This is more than a teaching role – it’s a chance to change lives.
About The Role
You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, engaging lessons tailored to the individual needs of pupils with autism, learning difficulties, and complex needs.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
* Planning and delivering exciting, creative lessons that engage and inspire
* Monitoring and assessing students’ progress, ensuring personal development and wellbeing are prioritised alongside academic achievement
* Collaborating closely with our expert multidisciplinary team to create a nurturing, effective learning environment
* Using innovative approaches to bring learning to life in and beyond the classroom
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
* Holds UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Is passionate about teaching pupils with SEN, particularly autism and complex needs
* Brings creativity, patience, and dedication to the classroom
* Communicates clearly and compassionately with pupils, families, and professionals
* Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a committed and caring team
