We’ll Train You (if required)
1. Full Bus Driver Training – we’ll teach you everything, from the basics to the advanced
2. A structured, supportive learning environment

Pay & Overtime
0–24 months £15.54/hr - £17.16/hr (overtime)
25–48 months £16.41/hr - £18.28/hr (overtime)
49+ months £17.77/hr - £18.95/hr (overtime)

What You’ll Need
14. Minimum age of 18 with a UK driving licence for at least 6 months.
15. No more than 6 penalty points on your licence
16. Licence for London if you have worked for another London operator within the past 6 months
17. A friendly attitude and commitment to great customer service
18. Willingness to work weekends and flexible shift patterns
19. Must pass a drug and alcohol test as part of your assessment
Shift & Location Info
20. Full-time: 38 hours per week
21. 5 out of 7 rotating shift patterns per week.
22. Morning shifts from 04:00, afternoons from 12:00, evenings from 18:00
23. Schedules planned 6–8 weeks in advance
