Overview
Assistant Quantity Surveyor (Residential) – South Manchester. This role is with a consultancy known for its work in the residential sector, including ultra-prime homes and multi-residential developments. You will be exposed to the full range of services provided, with responsibility from day one.
Responsibilities
* Support quantity surveying activities across residential projects from day one.
* Engage with services including quantity surveying, employer’s agent, project management and contract administration.
* Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality, scalable residential schemes.
Qualifications & Experience
* Entry level role; open to candidates starting their career in quantity surveying.
* Support and APC (Assessment of Professional Competence) development is provided through structured training and mentorship.
* Collaborative, transparent culture focused on progression and skill development.
