Location: Brighton
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 6pm
Salary: Up to £60k - Office Based

This is a leadership role where you'll manage and develop a team of project managers, ensuring they deliver high-quality projects while fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project managers, focusing on professional growth and team performance
Oversee project delivery while providing guidance and support to the team
Drive continuous improvement and best practice adoption across the team
Ensure compliance with industry standards and organisational processes
Support strategic planning, workforce development, and operational initiativesCandidate Requirements:
Proven experience managing and developing teams, ideally within technical or project management environments
Strong understanding of project management principles and technical processes to effectively support and guide your team
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
Ability to adapt to changing priorities while supporting business growth
