Duties
* Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to quality standards
* Manage and train staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth
* Implement effective food preparation and production processes to maintain consistency in menu offerings
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health standards
* Handle customer inquiries and feedback, striving to enhance guest satisfaction
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop seasonal menus that reflect culinary trends and customer preferences
* Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, updates, and training opportunities
Requirements
* Proven experience in a restaurant management role with a strong understanding of hospitality principles
* Culinary experience or relevant qualifications in food preparation and cooking are highly desirable
* Supervising experience with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with staff and customers
