Completely Care is recruiting Support Workers to support children, young people, and adults with autism, learning disabilities, ADHD, and other complex needs across a variety of residential, supported living, education, and community settings in Oxford.

What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting individuals with daily living skills and personal care where required
Encouraging independence, confidence, and social development
Supporting access to education, activities, appointments, and community opportunities
Building positive relationships and promoting emotional wellbeing
Following care plans, risk assessments, and behaviour support strategies
Working as part of a supportive and dedicated team
Creating safe, positive, and person-centred environments
What We’re Looking For
Caring, reliable, and enthusiastic individuals
A genuine passion for supporting children, young people, and adults
Experience in care, support work, education, or related settings is desirable
Good communication and teamwork skills
A calm and resilient approach to challenges
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, waking nights, and weekends
Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one
