We're looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join our Oldham Schools team based in Oldham.

Oldham, Greater Manchester
Hours:
40 hours per week - Monday to Friday
What will you be responsible for?
As a Facilities Coordinator, you'll support the Oldham Schools team in delivering effective facilities management across multiple school sites. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Coordinating and scheduling FM works including planned maintenance, remedials, and reactive activities
2. Monitoring statutory compliance and ensuring documentation is up to date for audit purposes
3. Liaising with subcontractors and engineering teams to resolve operational issues
4. Supporting financial processes including invoicing, budgeting, and reporting
5. Conducting site inspections and maintaining health & safety documentation
What are we looking for?
This role is ideal if you have:
* A broad understanding of Project Management, Technical Compliance, and Facilities Management
* Experience using CAFM systems and managing FM operations in a PFI environment
* Strong IT, organisational, and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure
