Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Internal Sales Executive, based in Aberdeen.
Responsibilities:
* Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries, providing quotes and processing orders
* Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery and accurate fulfilment
* Maintain and update communication with our clients.
* Managing the order lifecycle and ensuring timely fulfilment
* Coordinating and facilitating meetings with clients to discuss order-related matters
* Attend client meetings when required.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
Experience & Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a sales support or internal sales role (preferably in engineering, oil & gas, or industrial supply) Full training will be provided.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Confident working under pressure and meeting deadlines
* Commercially aware and confident in a client-facing role
