You will act as a point of contact for all recruitment and HR related queries. Great attention to detail and being thoroughly organised is essential.

If you have experience of using Asana, Canva and databases that would be really useful.

Ideally you will have some experience of HR, but more importantly, you will be able to juggle various administrative tasks and meet deadlines.

The Person – is this you?

We expect that you will have significant administration experience.

You will be dynamic and passionate and have excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating an ability to build effective professional relationships with a variety of people.

We want someone who matches the inspiration, creativity, energy and ambition of our close-knit team and wider community.

If you've worked in Higher Education – great, but that is not a deal-breaker. More important is your ability to demonstrate how you are proactive and able to coordinate multiple projects.

You will be well organised and able to deliver on commitments, with exceptional IT skills and able to work with little supervision.

You will be able to prioritise effectively and will have strong attention to detail.

Part of your role will involve coordinating our wellbeing programme and we look forward to your ideas on how we can keep this relevant and up-to-date.
