Pay Scale: £89.00 - £100.00 per day

Do you have experience working with children with SEN, including autism, learning difficulties, or physical needs?
A welcoming and inclusive school in Hermitage is seeking a Complex Needs Assistant to join their team as soon as possible. This is a rewarding opportunity to support pupils with a range of additional needs in a structured and nurturing environment.
In this role, you will work closely with pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, supporting both their academic progress and personal development.
This Complex Needs Assistant role will involve:
* Providing tailored 1:1 and small group support
* Supporting pupils with SEN, including ASD and complex needs
* Assisting with personalised learning and care plans
* Creating a safe, structured, and inclusive environment
* Working collaboratively with teachers and specialist staff
* ASAP start
