The Role Overall purpose We are looking for a hard-working, analytical and inquisitive marketing assistant who is looking to develop and grow their skills with the opportunity to progress within the company. The Marketing Assistant will report into the Senior Marketing Manager and will be responsible for a variety of administrative and creative tasks that allow for the successful completion of planned marketing programmes. Key responsibilities include: The key responsibilities of the Marketing Assistant are to undertake daily administrative tasks for the marketing department and support the delivery of campaigns through a mixture of channels and reporting. Including: Social media: writing, posting and engaging on our social media channels, managing social media activities and keeping up to date with the latest trends Email: Using HubSpot to create and schedule regular newsletter and campaign-specific emails, preparing and monitoring mailing lists Event support: Managing webinar set up and hosting in line with planned campaigns, handling in-person event logistics and administrative tasks as well as supporting on creative aspects as required Website: Maintaining and updating the company website, liaising with psychologists to create and optimise regular content such as articles, case studies and press coverage, Research and analytics: Undertaking competitor analysis, keeping up to date with industry trends and creating monthly reports on marketing activity Content: Basic design using available tools and brand templates, e.g. to create graphics for social media and liaising with third-party suppliers to co-ordinate additional asset production such as podcast and video Person specification: A passion for marketing and desire to learn and grow in this area Understanding of the basic marketing principles and qualification/relevant experience in marketing or a similar field Proactive, driven and able to use own initiative to problem-solve independently High attention to detail and strong analytical mindset Strong written and verbal communication skills Confident dealing with stakeholders across the organisation The ability to multi-task effectively when working on varying campaigns and projects Knowledge of or passion for diversity, equity and inclusion Experience with HubSpot desirable but not essential Rewards £30,000 to £35,000 per annum depending on experience Company performance bonus Pension Scheme (10% company contribution) with Life Insurance Cover Private health Insurance or health & wellbeing allowance Employee Assistance programme 30 days annual holiday plus paid community day and personal enrichment day.
