Pay Rates:
* Days: £16.81 per hour
* Nights: £21.02 per hour
* Overtime: Time and a half after 39 hours (You will be working roughly 50 hours per week)
Role Overview:
We are looking for experienced and reliable Traffic Marshals (Blue CPCS PVM) to join a major long-term civil engineering and infrastructure project.
This is a critical role to ensure the safe movement of plant, vehicles, and personnel in a highly regulated and secure environment.
Duties Will Include:
* Directing plant and vehicle movement around site in compliance with site traffic management plans
* Communicating clearly and effectively with drivers, plant operators, and ground teams
* Managing entry and exit points, including security checks where required
* Monitoring pedestrian walkways and ensuring clear access routes
* Supporting delivery coordination and assisting with logistics movements on-site
* Reporting safety breaches, hazards, or incidents to the site supervisor
Requirements:
* Blue CPCS Card - Plant & Vehicle Marshaller (PVM) - Mandatory
* Ability to provide 5 years of verifiable work history/references
* Strong understanding of traffic management and site safety
* Ability to work in a high-security, high-compliance environment
* Physically fit, punctual, and reliable
* Full right to work in the UK
