Are you a passionate Adult Social Care Solicitor looking to make a real difference? Venn Group is working with a fantastic local authority in London in their search for an Adult Social Care Solicitor on a locum basis for an initial 3-month period with strong intention for extension long term.
Requirements:
1. Qualified Lawyer, with a valid practising certificate in the UK
2. Specialism within Adult Social Care Law and experience practising this post-qualification
3. Experience working within local authorities, or for a public sector organisation
Duties/Responsibilities:
4. Advising the clients of the organisation on all aspects of Adult Social Care Law
5. Attending and advocating complex cases in virtual hearings
6. Advising officers and members in a proactive and sensitive manner
7. Mentoring and training less experienced team members
