Description
As a Contract Support Administrator, you will provide support to the Operations Support team to ensure that the Company’s work is effectively coordinated through communication with internal and external customers as well as the management of the business and client database systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Purchasing and hiring, including kit requests from teams
* Chasing invoices from suppliers/supply chain when required for SDF
* Downloading completed job packs from total mobile and keeping CDM files up to date/checking on site paperwork’s has been correctly carried out
* Checking vehicle checks/vehicle locks etc
* Liaise with subcontractors and training regarding certifications and compliance certificates/subcontractor starter packs etc
* Support managers with TotalMobile and contract compliance measures.
Experience and Qualifications
* Previous experience in an administrative role
* Proficient IT skills in Microsoft Office
* Ability to prioritise workload and work to tight deadlines
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Arboriculture and/or Highways Veg Management knowledge would be beneficial
