Job Title: SEN Tutor

Job Duties:
* Provide tailored support and guidance to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
* Create individualised learning plans to meet the unique needs of each student.
* Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to promote academic progress and social development.
* Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
* Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student support.
Required Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
* Experience working with students with SEN.
* Knowledge of different learning styles and strategies to support diverse needs.
Education:
* Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
Experience:
* Proven experience in SEN teaching or support role.
* Demonstrated success in improving student outcomes.
Knowledge and Skills:
* Understanding of SEN legislation and best practises.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Postgraduate qualification in Special Educational Needs.
* Training in specific SEN interventions or therapies.
Working Conditions:

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
