As we head into the festive season, we’re looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our growing team as Junior Sales Assistants in Nottingham .
Whether you’re looking for a full-time role (Monday–Friday) or a part-time position (3 days a week) — this could be the perfect way to start building your career in sales before the new year begins.
About the Role
In this customer-facing position, you’ll represent well-known brands, engage directly with customers, and help create positive experiences that drive lasting relationships. You’ll receive full training, so no prior experience is required — just great energy, confidence, and a willingness to learn.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Engage with customers face-to-face in a professional and friendly manner.
* Promote exciting products and services on behalf of our clients.
* Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure brand loyalty.
* Support the sales team with daily goals and tasks.
* Take part in regular training sessions to develop product and industry knowledge.
* Help the team meet sales targets and deliver excellent service every time.

What We’re Looking For
* Minimum GCSE-level education (or equivalent)
* Experience in retail, customer service, or sales is helpful but not essential
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude
* Enthusiastic, adaptable, and reliable
* Available to work weekdays (Monday–Friday)
