About the role
You will lead and inspire a multi-disciplinary team, providing outstanding, personalized care to our residents. You will manage all aspects of the home, identify business opportunities, manage budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance. Building strong internal and external relationships, you will help strengthen the Bupa brand as a trusted healthcare partner with local authorities and primary care trusts.
You need to be registered with the regulator and may occasionally work out of hours or evenings.
What are we looking for in our Care Home Managers?
* Strong clinical knowledge and expertise, with an LMCS, RMA, or equivalent management qualification
* Experience making a positive impact within a heavily regulated sector, with strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking
* Ability to foster continuous improvements
* Effective communication skills with confident and influential leadership

Located in Wembley, Middlesex Manor provides care for those with dementia and Parkinson's.
