We have an exciting opportunity for a confident and enthusiastic candidate to join our Tamworth team as Trainee Casualty Claims Handler. As a Trainee Casualty Claims Handler, you'll receive comprehensive on-the-job training to prepare you for success in your career. In this role you will complete a Level 3 Insurance Practitioner Apprenticeship. How you'll make an impact Oversee a portfolio of public liability claims for local government clients. Handle claims from first notification to settlement, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Receive training to make informed decisions on quantum and liability. Work closely with partners like clients, brokers, suppliers, claimants, and their representatives. Utilise multiple communication channels, such as phone and email. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices, continuously enhancing knowledge and skills. About You Comfortable working in an office environment. Ability to interact with customers respectfully. Keen attention to detail. Willingness to learn and advance in claims handling. We are looking for this role to start Monday 20th July 2026.
