Blueprint is built on a foundation of strategic changes across processes, people, and technology, aimed at delivering significant benefits in GWP, loss ratio, and expense ratio.
As a key driver of this transformation, you’ll oversee the delivery of multiple releases, working closely with diverse teams to implement innovative ways of working for the AXA Commercial business. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.

* Prioritise and manage the release backlog in collaboration with the project team, ensuring delivery is aligned with business requirements.
* Manage the flow of work, maintaining a well-prioritised backlog, and supporting incremental planning to facilitate smooth delivery cycles.
