Customer Service Specialist - Ideally can speak one Nordics language! Are you a passionate individual fluent in any of the Nordic languages and English? A very close client of mine we have successfully supported for a few years now, is on the lookout for a Nordic Customer Service Specialist to join their team in Kingston. Why apply for this role? Located in Kingston, working 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday Salary Range: £28,000 - £32,000 annually Work Flexibility: Remote working until November, hybrid thereafter which includes 2 days at home Generous Benefits: On-site parking, medical insurance, pension, life assurance, bonus incentive, 25 days plus BH and fantastic on-site facilities including pay day pastries. You will be part of a supportive and collaborative team that values continuous improvement and innovation Your Role: As the Nordic Customer Service Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering world-class customer service excellence. Your key responsibilities will include: Building and managing relationships with customers to drive business growth. Proactively managing customer queries and ensuring timely resolutions. Collaborating with sales, technical, logistics, and finance teams to resolve issues efficiently. Monitoring stock levels and ensuring customers are well-informed about product offerings. Taking ownership of customer inquiries, ensuring a service-minded approach. What We are Looking For: To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: Language Proficiency: Ideally fluent in at least one Nordic language and English Experience: Strong customer service skills Technical Skills: Good knowledge of Windows Office and CRM; proficiency in technology is essential. Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to communicate at all levels, manage conflict, and build relationships. Problem-Solving Ability: Demonstrated initiative and a "Can do" attitude.
