1. Processing supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
2. Matching, batching and coding invoices
3. Supporting with payment runs and supplier reconciliations
4. Responding to supplier queries and building positive relationships
5. Assisting the wider finance team with ad‑hoc tasks as needed
What you'll need to succeed
6. Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
7. Goodmunication skills and a willingness to learn
8. Basic Excel skills and confidence working with numbers
9. Previous office experience is helpful but not essential
10. A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team
