Overview
Warm, community-minded primary in Harrow is looking for a Teaching Assistant to support across KS1/KS2. Lovely behaviour, friendly staff, and a Head who genuinely invests in support staff.
Role
* In-class support, small groups and some 1:1 (literacy & numeracy focus)
* Work closely with the class teacher and SENCo
* Build confidence, routines and independence with pupils
* Track progress and keep simple records
You\'ll have
* Recent TA / classroom experience (primary preferred)
* Calm, patient approach with empathy, patience and flexibility
* Confidence supporting children with SEND (ASD/ADHD) is a plus
* Right to work in the UK + Enhanced DBS (or willing to apply)
Details
* Location: Harrow
* Start: ASAP or September
* Hours: 8:30-3:30, term-time only
* Pay: 90-110 per day (umbrella), depending on experience
* Contract: Long-term (temp-to-perm available)
