We provide a fully bespoke and personalized solution across all E-commerce platforms for brands allowing them to focus elsewhere within their business. Job Profile

We are a small team in a family run business and it is essential that every team member has a can-do attitude and isn't afraid to get stuck in to getting the job done. The ideal candidate will be able to complete a number of tasks with minimal supervision and be able to prioritise their day. They must be organised; they must be able to problem solve.

You will be working in a friendly but efficient office and warehouse environment

General running of the office and administration including but not limited to, answering the phone, responding to emails and messages, ordering stock, processing orders and general office housekeeping.

The Candidate

The successful candidate will ideally have start-up/early stage experience.

They should be capable of handling multiple tasks at once ensuring they are completed on time and to a high standard. An energetic, enthusiastic and dedicated approach is required.

It is fundamental to the smooth working of the business that the successful applicant has an 'open door' approach to communication.

We are looking for someone who can efficiently finish tasks whilst finding ways to optimise the processes.

Operational Tasks

* Ensure excellent standards of customer service are carried out consistently.
* Ensure client customer support requests are completed on time,
* Update Customers on product arrival and shipment completion
* Create the necessary reports required on a weekly basis for the management team to review
* Create and send invoices to clients

Outbound Operation Tasks

* Be able to prioritise and create outbound shipping plans for clients as and when required.

Skills and Attributes:

* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Good IT skills, in particular spreadsheets and databases and a knowledge of warehouse systems
* Good planning skills and able to meet targets and deadlines
* Excellent attention to detail skills

A hands-on attitude to any and all tasks is essential, as a small family business we have to pull together to get the job done.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £12.50-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
