ECommerce Leader: Strategic Role
This role involves leading product thinking across the full eCommerce life cycle and driving our digital commerce strategy and execution.
* We are seeking a leader who can inspire and motivate a team while working towards a common goal. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management and technical expertise.
The Head of eCommerce will be responsible for defining and owning the eCommerce product vision and roadmap, ensuring seamless integration with internal systems, and monitoring compliance readiness, operational metrics, and platform health.
* A successful candidate will have excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, as well as a deep understanding of eCommerce architecture and data-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Defining eCommerce Strategy: Develop and implement an eCommerce strategy that aligns with business objectives and customer needs.
2. Platform Development: Lead the development and implementation of new platform features and enhancements.
3. Customer Experience: Oversee the entire customer journey, from initial contact to post-purchase support.
4. Operational Efficiency: Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
5. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.
