General Responsibilities
* Work within a multi-disciplined team alongside other 2D and 3D designers to create multi-faceted design solutions.
* Visual problem solver delivering graphic content for a broad range of projects.
* Take designs from concepts through to final artwork and assets; often focusing on the final artwork stages.
* Work collaboratively with the teams to develop visual ideas and solutions.
* Provide support to the Senior Designer on larger projects.
* Take sole responsibility for smaller projects, working directly with Client Services and Production teams.
* Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas.
* Develop concepts daily, including designing and preparing artwork for eBooks, event videos, marketing brochures, infographics, and social media assets.
* Work in a deadline-driven, collaborative environment that values creativity, attention to detail, and deep creativity.
* Design or redesign identities for products, services, or organizations.
* Create visual identities (logos, colors, fonts), print media, packaging, online campaigns, websites, and applications.
* Develop artwork for social media channels and point-of-sale materials.
* Create drafts and mock-ups for review and revisions.
* Update visuals for online and social campaigns.
* Ensure clear communication throughout all graphic design projects.
* Work with email marketing tools as needed.
Desired Experience
* Proven experience in a design environment, ideally 3+ years.
* Manage creation of social media assets and visual brand guidelines, keeping the Creative Director updated.
* Passion for design and a creative flair.
* Ability to generate creative concepts and work with limited briefs to produce comprehensive ideas and presentations.
* Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
* Experience leading visual concepts through to final artwork.
* Understanding of web and print design requirements.
* A strong portfolio demonstrating attention to detail across platforms.
* Excellent organizational skills to prioritize a large workload.
* Collaborative approach with meticulous attention to detail.
* Self-starter capable of working independently and collaboratively.
* Versatile designer capable of elevating design from packaging and print to social content, with creative thinking skills.
* Experience in a fast-paced creative environment, thriving under tight deadlines and flexible to last-minute requests.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint, with bonus skills in After Effects and Premiere Pro.
* Ability to work within brand guidelines while bringing fresh ideas.
* Good communication skills, team-oriented, and independent when needed.
* Ability to understand and execute effective briefs.
* Strong eye for typography, layout, print design, and current trends, including large-format printing and latest tools.
* Ideally some exposure to AI tools.
* Comfortable with filming and editing using Adobe Creative Suite.
