Are you a recent graduate eager to make a real difference in the lives of young people? Axcis Education is partnering with a college in Radstock to find a compassionate and dedicated Graduate Learning Support Worker to join their team.
About the Role:
* As a Graduate Learning Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
* Your responsibilities include assisting students in small groups or on a 1:1 basis, supporting engagement with vocational programs, being a positive role model, and collaborating with teachers and specialists to create an inclusive environment.
We’re seeking individuals who:
* Have a genuine passion for working with young people.
* Possess patience, adaptability, and empathy.
* Have excellent communication skills and team effectiveness.
* Are eager to learn and grow within an educational setting.
