About the Role
The successful candidate will provide essential administrative and secretarial support to the property team, contributing to the smooth running of client matters and ensuring compliance with professional standards. Key responsibilities include:
* Acting as a first point of contact for clients, delivering excellent service and maintaining strong relationships
* Drafting correspondence and legal documents such as contracts and transfers
* Managing multiple versions of complex documents with precision, using tracked changes and maintaining version control
* Supporting a digital workflow by scanning and maintaining electronic files to a high standard
* Ensuring all case files meet regulatory and internal quality requirements
About You
You'll bring strong organisational and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage your time effectively. A high level of IT proficiency is essential, particularly in Microsoft Office and ideally with experience using case management systems. Familiarity with legal documentation and processes in property law is highly desirable, as is a relevant qualification in administration or legal secretarial work.
