Role Overview

As a High Court Enforcement Officer you’ll support clients by executing court writs, recovering debt or seizing goods where appropriate, negotiating payment arrangements, maintaining detailed case records, and meeting performance targets. You will represent Engage Services and Marston Holdings with integrity, discretion and fairness.
Key Responsibilities
* Enforce court writs on behalf of clients and local authorities.
* Recover debts or seize goods where appropriate, with professionalism.
* Negotiate acceptable payment arrangements.
* Maintain detailed case records and meet performance targets.
* Represent Engage Services and Marston Holdings with integrity, discretion, and fairness.
Requirements
* Valid Certificated Enforcement Agent certificate.
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle with business insurance, ULEZ‑compliant for London assignments.
* Excellent communication, negotiation and conflict‑management skills.
* Strong planning, problem‑solving and reporting abilities.
* Ability to work independently while collaborating with teams and clients.
* Good credit history; CCJs accepted if repayment arrangements exist.
* Experience in enforcement, security, debt recovery or related field‑based roles is highly desirable.
* Understanding of energy, utilities or enforcement operations is advantageous.
