Fairmont Windsor Park are looking for a Guest Relations Manager who is devoted to turning moments into memories for our guests. The successful Guest Relations Manager applicant will deliver a consistently high standard and memorable guest service across the front of house and communal areas within the hotel.
The individual will also continuously go out of their way to ensure the satisfaction of guests is met, whilst overlooking the customer service standards across the lobby and communal areas are in-keeping with our brand standards.
Other duties and responsibilities include
1. Preparation of VIP arrivals
2. Managing the completion and preparation of all services for arriving guests and VIP’s.
3. Managing and assisting in all Front Desk operations.
4. Coordinating the VIP Lounge operation and overseeing the service delivery
What we are looking for
5. Previous experience within a similar role
6. Demonstrable experience leading a team
7. Excellent organization and delegation skills
8. Charismatic Lobby presence
