Stafforce have an exciting opportunity for experienced Production Operators working for a top performing surface technology company in Swindon.
About the Role
* You will be working in a busy production environment on the preparation of components prior to coating
* Ensuring standard operating procedures and job safety analysis are adhered to at all times
* Finishing the components post coating using finishing processes
* Cleaning and maintaining work are and equipment
Pay: 11.86 - 12.25 per hour
Shift Schedule:
* First 4 weeks: 08:00 to 16:00
* After 4 weeks: Alternating weekly shifts:
o Week 1: 06:00 to 14:00
o Week 2: 14:00 to 22:00
Job Type: Full-time, Temp-to-Perm
About You
* Machining operations or manufacturing experience is required
* You have good practical skills and the ability to work quickly and methodically
* You have a demonstrable ability to deliver responsibilities in line with safety, quality and productivity targets
* Have good strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
