Duties
* Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible serving practices.
* Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
* Handle cash transactions accurately, using basic math skills for processing payments.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
* Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
* Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service without compromising quality.
Skills
* Strong hospitality skills with the ability to create a warm and inviting atmosphere for guests.
* Knowledge of food safety practices to maintain high standards of hygiene.
* Previous restaurant experience is preferred, particularly in a bartending or serving role.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £8.60-£12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
