Hours: Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm, Friday 8am - 3pm

Experience: 5+ years of industry experience in the building services sector.
Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Projects, Outlook), relevant experience in Mechanical Installation and Management, ability to take ownership of duties and willingness to grow within the team and company, ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent attention to detail, good communication skills internally and externally, punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.
Qualifications: Preferably hold mechanical bias knowledge, valid SSSTS or SMSTS certification.
Manage and deliver large prefabrication and plantroom skid projects from conception to onsite delivery, installation, and commissioning.
Review and approve engineering and technical drawings for fabrication and assembly.
Coordinate with site functions (BIM, Design, Fabrication, Assembly, Quality, Project Control) to maintain good communication and timely reporting.
Manage and develop the site management team to ensure timely project delivery.
Track project costs (material & labour) to ensure delivery within target spends.
Assist with the preparation of O&M manuals upon project completion, ensuring all As-built drawings and associated certificates are compiled.
Travel Requirements:
Based out of Inverness Office with monthly visits to Glasgow office.
